The inside top and bottom of my vagina is really swollen and uncomfortable. I have to pee constantl. It doesnt burn when I pee and there is no itching. The swelling and constant urination are freaking me out though. Its very swollen and bright bright red.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Swollen and red vaginal walls are indicative of vaginal infection.
Frequent urination is suggestive of urinary tract infection.
I would suggest you to get your urine examination done and a vaginal swab examination done to assess the infection and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
