Suggest Treatment For Swollen Tonsils And Lumps On My Tongue

I have a really bad sore throat have gotten tonsillitis a few times over past few months , my tonsils are starting t swell again now and wen I stick out my tongue there s sumtin weird sticking up at back of it I also hav all lumps on tongue and it s yellow

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain sore throat is due to throat infection that is causing inflammation of tonsils and lumps over the back of the tongue are due to inflammation of Circumvallate papillae which contains taste buds and are present at the back of tongue is a typical V shaped pattern and they get inflamed due to throat infection due to close vicinity with the throat..

Nothing to worry you can take antibiotics like Azithromycin or Augmentin for 5 days..
Take Ibuprofen that is anti-inflammatory painkiller and helps in reducing pain and inflammation..
Do warm saline gargles..
Steam inhalations and using a humidifier at home will help..
Avoid hot and spicy food and take soft food..
