hello my name is EWAN, i been having what i call episodes,which are swollen throat,swallow but it seems like something is stuck in there,left side of my neck is swollen some times it would accompany shoulder pains trouble breathing,sometimes fast heart beat for about 5-10 seconds then return to normal,running a low temp,losing weight and not trying to.

Hello Ewan, what you are describing sounds like a bad case of reflux esophagitis. You should be thorough checked out by a doctor. It could also be because of stress and a fear of having cancer so a check up is very essential.
As an initial remedy, you could cut down on tea and coffee intake or spicy and fried foods, eat small portions at regular time intervals, avoid smoking and alcohol and drink plenty of water.
