Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I think that you might be having knee synovitis or bursitis. It is inflammation of knee joint with fluid collection inside. I will recommend you following.
1.Ice pack
2. Avoid cross leg sitting, stairs and fast walking.
3. Tablet Brufen 400 mg daily.
4. Volitran ointment daily local application
I hope these steps will help you in pain relief.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks.
