Hi,
It seems that there might be having acute lymphadenitis in inguinal region producing pain, swelling.
This can be due to having some infection in your genital area or some skin infection.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 5 days.
Many a time lack of proper local hygiene gives rise to enlarged inguinal lymph nodes.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy, particularly during period.
Ok and take care.
