I got kicked in the shin while playing soccer 2 weeks ago. It bruised really badly and was swolen for a couple days. About a week ago we had another game and ingot kicked there again, it s been swolen since and hearts to put pressure on it, it s sort of numb but still hurts. I ve iced it but that doesn t do anything.
Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that you have got injury to your shin and got Hematoma. There nothing to worry. Hematoma gradually resolve. You require rest. You should avoid playing for nearly 3 weeks. Analgesic such as ibuprofen are needed for pain relief. You can get your x ray done to exclude fracture. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you. Wishing you a good health. Take care.
