Lost 15 lbs in 30 days, tingling in pinky and ring finer right side, feeling of pressure behind my eyes over the last week ( started about the same time as my throat thing) , I look sick The biggest thing is at night after sitting, it s sounds like rice crispies under my skin, mainly in my upper peck to neck area. It s a noise I can t even explain. Couple other things been getting a lot of evenings where it felt like I d been kicked in the testicles. Almost always left side I have several cyst that come and go on my temples had an hiatal hernia surgery when I was 20, do to acid reflux. So.... General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The swollen neck, tingling fingers and upper back pain may be in concern with possible issues at cervical region most likely with brachial plexus compression. The primary care is to relieve with nerve compression by arm sling support and other positional maneuvers like cervical collar.

Later on diagnostic approach with nerve conduction study, Doppler ultrasound of the neck and x-ray cervical spine with or without an MRI are of paramount importance for the best management guidelines.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
