Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes With Itchy Scalp

I am a healthy 42-year old female. Was a light smoker for a while but recently quit. Earlier this year I had swollen lymph nodes at the back of my head along with an itchy scalp. While they responded to antibiotics, the swelling returned once I completed the prescription. I underwent an ultrasound on the area to confirm the swelling, and then they suddenly went away. The swollen nodes have returned two weeks ago, along with an itchy scalp. They are again responding to antibiotics. I finished a Z-pack and they returned, so I am now on Amoxicillan. I ve had no other health issues other than a bad cold a month ago. What could possibly be causing this?
