Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes Behind The Ear

I have recently been experiencing swollen lymph nodes behind my ear and one under my tongue and one in side of neck. All on right side. Also a globus feeling in throat that comes and goes. The symptoms started about 3 months ago when I was experiencing a very stressful time. It started with the feeling in throat and has gradually developed with the swollen lymph nodes. I have a sore throat that comes and goes along with a tightness of the throat. I have had problems with my jaw on that side for about ten years now, where I would have to open my jaw wide each morning to pop it back into place. I have not had to do this since experiencing these other symptoms, but jaw is swollen and ear aches of and on and has a full feeling. I also have a slight goiter and hashimoto thyroid disease. I saw an ENT for the globs feeling in throat and swollen gland behind ear. He thought it was related to tmj. But I had not yet developed the swollen gland under tongue or neck. I am worried this could be something more serious and out is giving me more anxiety.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, prominent lymph nodes could be the possible without any pathology and such condition is just possible in some subjects but this is nothing to worry, if you do not have any clinical symptoms like, fever, fatigue, loss of weight, and appetite then this nothing to worry, no need to be panic, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
