Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node In The Neck

I have a small lump or swollen gland on the right side of my neck. I have frequent headaches and thirst I had what I thought was a kidney stone attack 2 weeks ago. I have frequent kidney stones. I did not pass a stone. Still have cloudy whitish urine. Is all of this related?

Hello
Welcome to healthcare
Kidney infection usually doesn't lead to neck swelling or node. May be you are having throat infection
coming to your urine colour it seems you definitely are having infection
I would suggest you to get usg abdomen done and consult your doctor.
