Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node In The Neck

Recently the lymph nodes on the left side of my neck, and in my right arm pit have really started to ache and swell. They re starting to be very painful. Should I just wait this out or should I go see my family doctor? Also, it could be entirely unrelated, but at the same time my lymph nodes started to hurt, I also got a pain in my left, lower back, almost feels like I was punched in the kidney.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Swollen lymph nodes anywhere in body can be due to 1. Infection in surrounding areas 2. Blood problems. So you might be having infection in your throat or neck or chest area. I would advise excision biopsy of lymph node and histopathology examination to confirm diagnosis. You can also go for antibiotics short course for 7 days. If they decrease in size nothing needs to done more.
