Suggest Treatment For Swollen Legs And Shortness Of Breath
when I walk I have shortness of breath and it causes shocks to go down my spine also my blood pressure was 185 over 91 and my feet are swollen my legs are swelled in my belly is swelled and my hands are swollen my doctor cant figure it out I take 3 blood pressure pills and thyroid medication and I m diabetic and take insulin and I also have stage 3 CKD do you have any idea what could be causing this

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have swollen legs and shortness of breath. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like congestive heart failure , kidney failure or diabetic ketoacidosis . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist without any delay . Doctor may order ECG , TMT along with troponin t test and complete blood profile . Doctor may prescribe betablockers , diuretics along with anti coagulant . Doctor may refer you to nephrologist for kidney problem and endocrinologist for diabetes problem . For now stay calm , lower your salt consumption and keep legs elevated while sleeping .
