Suggest Treatment For Swollen Knee After Injury

I twisted my left knee a few days ago and did see my chiropractor who helped a little but not alot. She says my hips are rotated and I m twisting when i walk. The knee is slightly swollen, feels like there is a tight rubberband around it and i can t bend it much.

hi,
I am not sure about your entire history like did you have fever ,the pain is localised to the knee or is it radiating from the hip.You can better consult a orthopedician who might order an MRI if required after examining you,it looks like you might have an injury to the ligaments within your knee joint .After the MRI you will be treated accordingly,if any mior injury then pain killer and physio will be done or if any ligament injury then repaired.
I find this answer helpful
