Suggest Treatment For Swollen Feet And Legs

Having trouble with swollen feet and legs. Currently taking water pills and legs are extremely swollen. Saw the doctor today and he suggested cutting out salt, and the regular things associated with swollen feet. I have no heart trouble or anything had a stroke in 2007. Just wanted to know if I could do something to eliminate or cause my feet and legs to go down so I can wear shoes.

You can probably check for Creatinine in your blood since edema or swelling of your lower extremities might be because of renal problem. You may also have a 2D echocardiogram done to check if the edema is caused by heart failure. Edema or swelling of your lower extremities maybe due to renal or cardiac etiology.
