Suggest Treatment For Swollen Feet And Edema In The Legs
My Father suffers from edema legs and feet swollen leaking water through skin we keep elevated and notice swelling goes down skin dries then through expansion and contraction causes burning and stinging pain would lotions or ointment help relieve pain with so much water coming out

Ointments might help to not allow the skin to dry out. On the other hand it will not heal the oozing and coming out of the secretions.
He will need to have a visit with the doctor to find out the cause of the oozing and have specific treatment for it.
Oozing can be due to venous insufficiency and in this case he will need compression bandage to reduce the edema and the oozing (done by a professional) and close follow up and monitoring.
