Suggest Treatment For Swollen Face And Throat After Using Meth

my friend is a meth user and she added a drop of rubbing alcohol in the pipe mixed with the meth. Her face is swollen aswell as her tonsils and throat.she has a chest pain and has trouble breathing.her hands are cold and pale,and her saliva is thick?what do we do?

hi.

stop the use of meth and bring your friend to the nearest emergency room for professional help. proper hydration must be done. it also seems that your friend had an allergic reaction to any of those substances that he/she took. a doctor's clinical evaluation of your friend's situation is needed. diagnostics and management will be directed accordingly.
