Thanks for using Health Care Magic.

Read your query.

In your query ,you have not mentioned whether you had any problem during the extraction of that tooth? Was the tooth removed completely or any piece was left behind?

I would advice you to visit the oral and maxillo-facial surgeon at the earliest and get a radiograph done and get it treated.
For the pain you can take ibuprofen (if you are not allergic to any medicines).Antibiotics like amoxicillin and metrolag will be needed on prescription from the dentist.

Do salt water gargling.Avoid applying hot bag externally.

Hope this was helpful.
Thanks and regards.
