Suggest Treatment For Swollen Elbow Crease
swelling of my forearm muscle opposite of my elbow. it just swelled up, i didn t bump it against anything. what would cause this. should i put heat or ice it. should i take any over the counter meds to reduce the swelling. i am not in any pain it is just a little tender to the touch.

You can go about a hot compress and take over-the-counter medication like ibuprofen, but it would also be wise to visit a doctor and get examined if it does not resolve in the next 5 days or so.
