Hello and welcome to HCM,
Swelling, bruising and pain on bridge of nose is suggestive of trauma to the nasal bridge.
Is there history of trauma to the nasal bridge?
You need to consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment and prompt treatment.

Thanks and take care
