Suggest Treatment For Swollen Area Above The Penis

i have 1 inch swollen area just above my penis and it pains a lot. A couple of years back i had the same problem and when i consulted the doctor he said its an infection in the sebaecios gland and suggested a surgery but the pain and swelling subsided due to application of t bact ointment now it has popped up again ,smaller than before. what should i do how do i get rid of this problem for once and for all

I really appreciate your concern, if it is the sebaceous cyst with infection then it need to be removed surgically, it is the best option you have it can not be managed on conservative way hope this information helps.
