Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Vagina During Intercourse

ok so during intercourse it felt different than it ever has. my vagina felt very swollen and like there was a lot of pressure. when it was time to reach my orgasm I couldn t....it felt like there was no where for it to go. like....I dunno weird.....like there was no where for the come to go. so I went to bathroom and checked for my mirana strings and I couldn t feel them . it is very swollen on the inside of vagina... what could be the cause of this and is it an emergency? is it just a dislodged mirana?

Vaginal infection should be ruled out. Cold ice pack and antibiotic treatment will be helpful. Do one pelvic examination to your doctor.
