Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Knee
I j m a 50 year old over weight female. I jumped down out of the bed of a pick up truck and felt pain in my right knee yesterday. It felt like i almost hyper extended it. Today my knee is swollen and hurts to bend it. I cant bend it much or straighten it at all. We are on vacation. Is this serious or can it wait until i get home

Apply Voveran gel (if no allergy) on affected area 3 times in a day. Just simply apply it. Do not rub it.
