Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Foot

I tripped on concrete stairs couple of years ago and it affected my big toe on right foot stiffness no swelling painful at times and when wearing certain shoes it s feels like when something touches that top bone above big toe. I haven t never gone to the foot doctor to see about it. Do you think I should?

Yes you should as may be you have started having arthritis of your metatarsophalangeal joint, known as Hallux rigidus.
getting X rayed and checked is a good thought proceed further.
