Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Ankles After C-section

Hello... My wife gave birth to twins at 35 weeks on Tuesday by c-section and has swollen, red and painful ankles. The hospital have done a Dopper test and reported back that there are no circulatory issues. I have a video and would like a second opinion... Worried about DVT...

I can understand your concern.
No need to worry for DVT (deep venous thrombosis) as her doppler is normal.
Ankle swelling after surgery is mostly due to fluid overload and hypoproteinemia.
So get done serum protein level and if Deficiency than she will need supplements.
Also start low dose diuretics to remove excess fluid from the body.
Foot end elevation is also beneficial.
Don't worry, she will be alright with all these. No need to worry for DVT.
