Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Ankle And Foot

My toes, feet, ankles and calfs have been swollen all day with the swelling increasing though out the day and night. The swelling is causing significant discomfort and stiffness and burning . This started two weeks ago and is getting worse. The only change in my medications is my synthroid has been increased to .112 mg from .100 mg 4 weeks ago. I ve been on an antibiotic for the last 2 weeks (sinus infection) and finished them last night. (I don t remember the name of the antibiotic I don t have the bottle anymore I just filled up my pill box) I also have a small rash on my ankles. I m concerned about flying tomorrow.
