Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Numb Legs After Injury

I crashed a quad and my leg got caught in between the engine and peg.. After it happend my leg immediately swelled a lot and where the leg was caught it was purple and red it was hot and it quickly grew a hard long mass down along the bone of my inner left leg it s I Could not really walk on it, it hurts so bad I didn t get it checked and it been just over a year and the long hard mass on the bone on my leg hasn t gone away and when I run my fingers over it it feels numb to touch but I can still fileel my fingers touching it if It makes any sence? Can you help me plz my mom thinks I fractured it and it healed wrong

Hello,

I have studied your case history.


Traumatic hit injury can lead to bruise due to hematoma formation.
If there is fracture in your leg bone then it is difficult to walk on it
Clinical examination will help in diagnosing problem.
You will need X ray to confirm or rule out minor fracture.


For these symptoms analgesic like ibuprofen and chymotrypsin medication can be started.

Apply crepe bandage over leg or use supportive splint. Do ice fomentation and rest to leg.
