Suggest treatment for swollen and itchy vulva and labia

My Vulva and Labia are swollen, red, itchy, and burn, I don t have any discomfort when I urinate and there is a very small amount of yellowish discharge. Also, my outermost labia majora is off in color(whiteish) and is peeling. I think it may be an allergic reaction to the lubricant I was using but I am not sure. I am sexually active, but have practiced safe sex every time.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely yeast infection. It is better to confirm it by showing a GP or gynecologist.Pelvic examination and swab also should be taken. For yeast infection i treat with antifungal agents like clotrimazole cream for local application.I also advise my patients to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH,there by prevent from getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
