Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Bruised Toes

hi, i recently went to work experience and i think i must have been pushing my big toes up against the insite of my steel cap boots for the whole time. They are now swollen under the nail and they are both bruised in the corner, not a blood blister, but a faint bruise that fades out. The nails are also raised a little bit, and are a little bit detached at the ends. One nail also has a little red part in the moon, that covers about 1/4 of the moon and is the same shape as it. Will my nails fall off? They also hurt a lot

Swollen and bruised toes is mostly due to some sort of infection for which you can you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or moxikind-cv after an expert advice along with ibugesic-plus or meftal-plus for stiffness and swelling. Do hot water fomentation over toe region to reduce the swelling as well as inflammation. Do regular dressing under strict aseptic precautions.
