General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Take Acetaminophen (Tylenol) or Combiflam to reduce the pain & inflammation. Apply calamine lotion, clotrimazole or hydrocortisone/steroid creams to the area affected for relieving. Wear cotton clothes that are lose fitting.

Avoid sex till you get healed. Get physically examined, you may need medical aid. You may need antibiotics,( Amoxicillin) for better & quicker healing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
