General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* The raised level of ASO with multiple joint swelling is indicative of immune complex deposition involving various joints of the body.
* The addition of disease-modifying agents as monoclonal antibodies with general measures will help greatly in this instance, there are all modalities available rather than becoming hopeless.

Be positive, you will be fine within the shortest possible time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
