Suggest Treatment For Swelling Of Neck Down To Collarbone

I am a 52 year old female and for at least the past 2 years I have noticed swelling/increase in size of the left side of my neck down to collarbone. It is not really painful and I have not been ill, ie. sore throat or streph. Approx. a year ago I had CT of neck with contrast and lymph nodes were 1cm. This has not improved at all and the wait and see is not working for me anymore. Thanks, Heidi
