Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Top Of The Ear

My cartilage piercing got infected about 2 weeks ago, and I got the piercing 3 weeks ago. The earring has been out for 2 weeks. I think I might have a cauliflower ear... the top of my ear is entirely swollen and I already went to the ER to drain the pus but this morning I saw that more had developed and the swelling didn't go down. I'm currently taking bactrim oral antibiotics. I don't want this to become a cauliflower ear. What do I do? I'm freaking out.

dear ear cartilage infection common after piercing,if observe your ear get infected please respond early.use cold and hot compression,use normal saline wash 2 to three times a day.use local antibiotic sprays.drain the pus and send it for culture and sensitivity.avoid cheap irritant jewellery.still symptoms persistent you need to consult your Ent surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
