Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Lymph Node

My lymph node on the right size of my neck is swollen and tender and the one on the left is just tender, even to touch. I've had fatigue and a cough that is producing a lot of flim, variation on color and consistency. As well as a dizzy like symptom but more like my eyes can't keep up. Any ideas

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The swelling in the lymphnode can be because of the respiratory tract infection or any teeth infection. Nothing to be panic, consult a general physician and oral physician and get it evaluated. The dizziness and fatigueness can be because of the anemia. For the infection, you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole. You can take these medicines after consulting the physician. For the weakness you have to get a blood investigations like Hemoglobin, RBC count level to confirm anemia. Later once the diagnosis is confirmed, we can treat accordingly with iron supplements.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
