Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Knee

Knee is swollen with fluid. Pain originates on the interior and lower part and under of the knee cap. It continues to swell when walked on. Hard to straighten out due to swelling/fluid. Ice helps reduce swelling. Nothing significant ocurred with knee, falling, twisting, etc.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There should be X-ray knee joint ap and lateral view. If there is fluid accumulation in joint, it must be aspirated. Treatment according to the reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
