Hi,

Enlarged lymph nodes, excisional biopsy of cervical lymph node as well as salivary gland.
You should have actually posted the biopsy results which would have helped me to advise more specifically.
Well, you have fatigue, evening rise in temperature indicating either lymphoma or can be due to bacterial infection or tuberculosis.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctors and get an appointment for a specialist as per the cause found. Also take multivitamins, minerals, antioxidants and so on as needed. You being a nurse can have best possible diagnosis and management.

Take care.
Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
