Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Breast After Injury

Hi, someone elbowed/ fell on my right boob and it hurt bad but I brushed it off; it was an accident. The next day it was swollen. Days/weeks go by the swelling went down and it s not in pain but there are little lumps in my boob now. I m getting nervous. I went to the doctor and he said it might be fibroadenoma but I have to go to a specialist for a sonogram. Are there any tips or other people who may have experienced something similar to this ? I hope I m okay. My period and the symptoms that go with my period have been funny this month and the doctor said the trauma to my boob probably changed it up. :(

I really appreciate your concern, let me clear some point here, if this is trauma then it may cause the soft tissue inflammation and it may take some time to come around, it may not turned into fibroidadenoma and if this is the fibroidadenoma then it must have been there since the accident happens, trauma to mammary gland does not cause any changes in menses, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
