Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that your wife is suffering from pain in both legs and she is not able to walk 1 km and if she walk more then her feet got swollen .As far as orthopedic cause is concerned then get her vitamin D checked , get her T3,T4 and TSH checked to rule out hypothyroidism. She should be checked by physician to rule out heart and kidney related causes. I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care
