the tip of my foreskin has been itchy for the last few days and is now swollen but not painful nor any burning... there is no white stuff - sebun? it just itches... i amm very clean and constantly wash my penis. I've use Lotramin af, nysatis(n) cream, with no result...

I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that the itching of foreskin could be because of formation of smegma and this could create reactive phenomenon some time this need to be ruled out, take care and have a nice day.
