Suggest Treatment For Sweating And Weakness Followed By Headaches For A 78-year-old

My 78 year old dad who has survived a AAA, colon rupture (has a colostomy bag), and suffered a light stoke in the past few years is having moments of severe sweating and weakness followed by headaches. He had a fistula set for dialysis 2 years ago but has not had to start treatments. He has been diagnosed with diabetes but it not treated for it and usually has no problems with it. I am worried another stroke might be coming.
