Suggest Treatment For Sun Burn

i got a really bad sunburn yesterday on the back of my knees mainly my right one, i have no blisters,just looks like a wierd rash or little red broken blood vessels, there is some discomfort,but not severe pain. im still at the beach,will this go away on its own, and could this be dangerous?

hi..no need to worry so much,,just wash the are,,,apply antibiotic cream with soothing effects like polyfax plus...use painkiller if pain increases...use anti allergic like fexofenadine if start itching..use sunblock when going outside again...hope everything will be fine in a week..thanks
