Suggest Treatment For Subsyrosal Fibroid And A Septal Cyst

i am preeti 27 yrs aged.i am married for 2 years and still have no baby.my treatment was going for infertility and i was diagnosed with 5 cm around subsyrosal fibroid and a septal cyst in ovary. doctor suggested me to operate it . please suggest me what to do

Can you please upload the ultrasound scan report ?
The type and size of cyst matters.
You can write in at -

As such, 5 cm fibroid mandates removal, but subserosal fibroids cause no problems generally.
They definitely do not affect fertility.
The cyst might, depending on what type it is.
That is why I need to have the scan report.
