Suggest Treatment For Subconjunctival Hemorrhage

Good afternoon, Started using Nasacort several months ago. Shortly afterwards, started getting subconjunctival hemorrhage (with no pain, and only in one eye). Went to optometrist (of 25 years)....said all looks great. Kept using Nasacort not suspecting it may be culpret. Just read a blog where another person has exact same issue. My BP is great usually 115/75, glucose monitor says 88, 6 1: 190....long distance swimmer past 15 years, age 53 nonsmoker, .....otherwise, feel amazing ....

Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having subconjunctival hemorrhage.
It is because of collection of blood in the subconjunctival space.
This needs no treatment as it will resolve slowly by 1-2 weeks.
Hence no need to worry about this. Since your blood pressure, blood sugar..... all are normal no need to worry and no further evaluation are required.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Thank you
