Suggest Treatment For Stroke And Heart Attack

my husband only has 15 to 20 percent of his heart working. he won t quit working like mowing grass, other outside jobs. he also has lost both legs, had several strokes and a heart attack, he has atroa inplant. he is a very sick man but work quit doing things he is not capable of. I don t know what to do,

Heart disease with paralysis is a complicated disease.It needs life long treatment.Get an ECG,2D Echo,lipid profile,complete blood picture,MRI brain periodically to know his disease status.Monitor his BP reglarly.Drugs like Anti platelets-clopidogril,ecospirin,atorvas will be helpful.Do not stop his medications until your doctor advises.Anti hypertensives should be given.,Constantly have a check on his canscious levels if any abnormality detected report to your doctor immediately.Avoid stress and anxiety.Avoid smoking and alchohol.Take salt restricted,high protein diet.Consult cardiologist and neurophysician for expert management.
