Suggest Treatment For Stress Fracture On Ankle And Bone Bruise On Knee

I twisted my right foot 3 1/2 months ago and fell forward suddenly on my left knee. I limped around for 3 weeks before going to doctor. xRay and MRI shows bad bone bruise on outside of knee area. A week after seeing the doctor about my knee, my right foot that I twisted during the fall began hurting when walking or putting pressure on it. Started about 5X a day to 20X a day. Went back to doctor, took xrays and was told I have a stress fracture in 2nd matarsal so I wore a hard bottom show for 5 weeks. A week after I learned a had a stress fracture on my right foot, my left foot and ankle swelled up really bad. Went back to doctor, took x-rays and was told possible tendonitis and was put in a knee boot for 3 weeks and out on disability leave from my work for 3 weeks to stay off feet (RICE). The swelling subsided while completely off my feet so I am back at work and have been doing physical therapy for 5 weeks now and my feet are still hurting and left foot is still swelling when I am at work (desk job 85% of the time). Between the knee and both feet, I have been limping around severly and can hardly walk. I go back to doctor in 2 days for a follow-up after physical therapy, should I request an MRI on both feet since we have not done that yet. I am concerned a have a tear or ruptured tendon in one or both feet.
