Suggest Treatment For Streptococcus Salivarius In The Eye

I had cataract surgery on 9-30-2014. 2 days after I ended up getting streptococcus salivarius in the left eye m I had completely healthy eyes going into surgery I am devaster ated. Had a shot of vancoymyacin and another antincbiotic injected. I am doing drops now every hour. I alteoursrnated with vanco and zymaxid. it took 2 hour for my one eye. doctor gave no explaination. please any help?

you have got infection in left eye. what about cataract surgery in which eye. ant way you are getting right treatment for infected eye. you are giving very confusing history. treatment for infection should be drastic, if required subconjuctival injection should be given
