Suggest Treatment For Strep Throat Blisters In Throat

I was diagnosed with Strep on 7-16-15. I have been on Cipro since 7-16-15. My throat is somewhat better, however to I still have blisters and I really feel bad. I have had strep before and it don t remember it taking this long to clear up. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, before initiating antibiotic in case of throat symptoms it is advisable to confirmed the infection because if this is not the infection then antibiotic may not be useful, throat condition could be allergic, now anti-allergic can be tried and best drug would be "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg" three times in day, better to have some (PPI) Proton pump inhibitor too because hyperacidity may cause such symptoms, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
