My daughter had strep throat and hasn t really got over the congestion. Now, her eyes are red. Her eyes got closed shut the other morning and they were a bit puffy under neath her eyes. My granddaughter has a runny nose and a cough as well. She is only 19 months old. We have taken her to the Doctor at least two times in the past two weeks.
