Suggest Treatment For Stomach Upset With Fever

My husband is feeling very sick to his stomach and he says he is cold. When I got home at 11:30pm. he said he had had a little fever. It is now nearly 4am. I don't know what to do. He is 34 and about 195pounds. He also has sever allergies,but those have seemed to be pretty much in check.
