Suggest Treatment For Stomach Upset And Anxiety

there are several symptoms I am experiencing. My main symptom is upset stomach I have a hunger feeling when I am not and from time to time i feel as if i just did 5oo sit ups...i notice i do get more bloated and sit up feeling after drinking alcohol (even a glass of wine)..went to my GR and he did an upper abdominal ultrasound and things came back fine....recently i have developed a cottage like coating on the back of my tongue and have developed dizzy spells followed by a headache...i keep telling myself its probably anxiety and will pass but i don t really feel anxious about anything other than my symptoms...it is very scary when i get dizzy so my heart just feels like its about to pop out of my chest...i do feel also a little brain fogged...kind of out of it...any suggestions?...by the way this all started about 3 months ago when i went to a wedding and had to much to drink ever since then things haven t been the same!...any suggestions would be appreciated!

I have read your query.I think I may be able to help you. The symptoms are usually suggestive of 2 main possibilities.

1. You may be having severe gastritis. The symptoms that you have mentioned are typically seen in gastritis.

2. I think it would be a good idea to rule out the cardiac conditions. The symptom of anxiety specifically favors cardiac condition more than gastritis.

I think it would be advisable to get a full cardiac evaluation and blood tests. Tests like ecg, echocardiography, blood sugars, lipid profile will be significant.

I think you can use pantoprazole meanwhile.
