General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at her history this could be due to acid peptic disease leading to gastric ulcers

in my opinion she should consult a gastroenterologist for examination and a battery of tests like hemoglobin CBC liver function test and an upper GI endoscopy
She needs immediate treatment otherwise it may perforate leads to an emergency
I would advise you to take PPI group of drugs like Omeprazole with antacids like a sucralfate
have plenty of fluids

hope this helps her
Best wishes
